Wild Game Processing
A $100 deposit is required for all wild game processing. We reserve the right to refuse any deer trim brought in that does not meet our requirements. All steaks, roasts, and chops are boneless.
We smoke fish, ducks, turkeys, pheasants and geese. Contact us directly for pricing.
Meat pick up hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5:30pm and Saturday 8am-11am ONLY. If you are unable to come during these hours, please call ahead of time during these hours to make alternate arrangements.
